Hristo Stoyanov is a Member of the Technical Staff at Databricks on the Lakebase team. Previously, he was a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where he worked on Spanner, optimizing transaction management and consensus to improve latency and write performance across Google’s global distributed database fleet. Prior to Google, Hristo worked on distributed SQL systems at SingleStore and real-time analytics infrastructure at Stripe. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
