2023 Meeting of Members

The founding directors of Slonik Events Canada held a meeting in May of 2023 after the corporation was formed to pass bylaws and other resolutions of directors and members as required.

2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 AGM will be held May 15 2025 at 12:30 PGConf.dev 2025 during the lunch break. We expect to call the meeting to order at 12:45. The agenda will be as follows

• Presentation of the 2024 financial statements
• An ordinary resolution to appoint Douglas Spence & Associates to conduct a review engagement of the 2025 financial statements.
• Director elections, the terms of the board seats presently held by Jonathan Katz and Daniel Gustafsson are due for election. Each board seat is for a three year term and any member attending the AGM can propose nominations for the board

2024 Annual General Meeting

The 2024 AGM was held on May 21 2024.

• The 2023 2023 Financial Statements were presented.
